Singer wanted for Girl Group!

We're 3 female singers looking for a 4th member to complete our r&b/pop girl group. We're trying to create our own Pussycat Dolls/Destiny's Child/Danity Kane group. We're looking for girls any race, between 20-25 years old, and 5'2" - 5'8" in height. We want girls that want to collaborate with us when it comes to everything for the group like writing songs, choreography, and style. Please understand this is a group we would be starting from scratch ourselves. But we do have a few connections to get our music heard after working with each other. We want other girls that have the same interest when it comes to music, who have nice voices and can dance. We want the group to be where everyone collaborates by putting in their opinion and we don't want to be a group of 1 lead singer, we want everyone to shine. We're very easy to get along with and are ready to work hard at making the group work. We want to make this group a fun environment, where we can hang out as friends, and work hard fulfill our dreams at the same time.

We plan that once we get the group together that we can start writng, working with a vocal coach, recording, and so on.

Please only respond if you live in the San Fernando Valley or can make the drive to the San Fernando Valley. Be able to meet at least 4 times out of the week, in the afternoon/evening on weekdays and anytime during the weekend.
