Date Listed: Aug-07-08 Bloomington Christian School This is Anthony Ambriz; he was born on May 20, 1991. He has been attending Bloomington Christian since preschool; he is on the varsity Basketball Team and has a chance for a scholarship as he goes in to the senior class. Bloomington Christian has been his home; Anthony is devastated because the school will not give his parents more time to come up with the tuition. We are in a recession, and times are hard. Anthony’s mother has requested to volunteer as an assistant or to work at the school to help out in any manner, but she was denied. His father was also denied; even thou his father has help out Bloomington Christian with concrete work. It is understandable that business is business, but this is the future of a young man who has been attended this school for 12 years. I am his auntie Jessielee and I am asking for anyone and everyone to contact the school at (909) 877-1239 ask for Mr. Slocum or the headmaster, or the principle on Anthony’s behalf, he just needs a chance. The school wants the tuition upfront and I would pay the tuition myself if I had the funds available.
