We are a 18 unit apt building in Santa Monica on montana ave four blocks from the beach. We mostly have senior residents, But all ages are welcome. Our Apts do not have kitchens with the exception of five. Apts range in size from small studios to one bedrooms. The services we provide are Three meals daily in our central dining room or you may have a tray service in your apt, Weekly laundry and housekeeping. All utilities included with basic cable (except phone). We now have furnished and unfurnished apts available for weekly to yearly rental. All of are apartments are newly renovated with beautiful hardwood floors, Fresh colored walls,ceiling fans and new vinyl windows. Please come visit us and experience our warm homey atmosphere.
