The Time Life the Mexican War is a hardcover leatherette book, which is embossed with an intricate pattern and has an embedded color picture on the cover. The edges of the book have gold lettering indicating the name of the series (The Old West), the publisher (Time Life books), and its title.

This book was published in the 1970s. It is in very good condition: there are no rips, tears, missing pages. It is well written and contains numerous photos, maps, paintings and illustrations.
