The Receptionist/ Front Desk Coordinator's job mission will constitute but is not limited to: greet multitudinous phone lines, attend clients and local staff, general office maintenance, filing, copying, pack envelopes, alphabetizing, collating and binding, and some computer performance.
Basic comprehension will be required but training is available:
Computer expertise to constitute data entry and spreadsheets.
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic typing and computer aptitude.
Good organizational proficiency.
