Assistant is needed to provide excellent customer service and carry out basic administrative duties including filing, ordering supplies, as well as other duties including answering phones, signing for packages, and greeting visitors.
* Provide professional customer service at the front desk of the office lobby.
* Answer phones and respond to inquiries of clients and the general public.
* provide log and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
* Responsible for the signing in and out of clients in the suites and monitoring schedules accordingly.
* Complete and maintain paperwork as it relates to front lobby records and front desk responsibilities.
* Receive, open, sort and distribute incoming mail; assist with outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Prepare correspondence for the Operations and other clerical responsibilities, as assigned.
* Schedule meeting rooms and maintain accurate online records.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of commonly used office supplies.
* Provide front desk coverage as scheduled/needed.
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

* Good customer service skills to interact with office visitors and staff.
* Ability to work with and manage tight deadlines.
