General Accountant - Accounts Payable Analyst

Are you an Accounts Payable Guru?


We are a fast-paced team and we are experiencing steady growth, we have an immediate need for an AP Master who can restore peace and order to our invoice storm!

What you will be doing:


- Ensure appropriate authorization on a high volume invoices & expenses

- Process check runs in a timely manner, meeting all vendor deadlines

- Directly support the VP of Finance

- Assign proper general ledger coding

- Allocate various invoices to inter-company accounts

- Maintain all vendor files and track related changes

- Respond to vendor inquiries

- Research account discrepancies

What you need to apply:


- 3+ years of present general accounting skills

- Able to pass a general accounting exam with ease

- Associate's degree or greater in Accounting or related field

- Calm under pressure attitude

- Exceptional attention to details and deadlines

- Ability to accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong experience with MS Word & Excel
