If you are a Senior Accountant with complex reconciliation experience, please read on!


What you need for this position:


- BS or BA degree from four year accredited college or university with emphasis in accounting

- Solid GAAP knowledge

- Advanced GL Experience

- 4+ years relevant work experience

- Previous experience in a multi-state corporation a plus

- Experience with Great Plains and FRX

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

- Desire to take on increasing responsibility


What you'll be doing:


- Report directly to the Corporate Controller

- Supervise a staff accountant.

- Charged with ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.

- Interact with senior management, external auditors, consultants and third parties.

- Work heavily with account reconciliation and financial statement analysis

- Month-end P&L review

- Heavy involvement in month end close process

- General Ledger Maintenance

- Journal entry preparation
