What you need for this position:


- Bachelors in Business, Marketing, etc, MBA preferred

- 5+ years Marketing Management experience in Children's Toys and Electronics

- Experience in leading in several departments: Marketing, PR, Packaging, POS, Website, Content, etc.


What you'll be doing:


- Reports directly to the President and interacts heavily with the VP of Sales

- LEads the strategic marketing direction of the company

- Oversees development of all marketing collateral for the brands in questions including but not limited to: brand communications, product positioning, strategy, briefs, advertising mediums, website, content, PR, social networking, etc.

-Develops marketing plans, objectives, budgets, etc.
