Prestigious mid sized financial institution located in the valley is seeking an Assistant Controller to assist with the month end close process and also be responsible for all related SEC reporting responsibilites on conjuction with CPA firm, including 10k 10Q and footnotes. Commercial Bank related financial reporting experience required.
